Azul raises loan agreement limit with Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras to BRL 800 million

1. Loan terms amended
The fourth amendment increases the loan agreement limit with Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras from BRL 650 million to BRL 800 million and extends the funding availability deadline from Oct. 31, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2027. Interest changes from 14.9% annually to the CDI rate, compounded proportionally over time using a 252-business-day year.
