Azul raises loan limit from subsidiary ALAB to R$800 million
AZUL•Azul increased its loan limit from subsidiary Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras to R$800 million from R$650 million. An amendment effective Oct. 30, 2026, changed the interest rate to the DI (CDI) rate and extended the disbursement deadline to Dec. 31, 2027; repayment remains due by Dec. 31, 2028.

Azul increased its loan limit from subsidiary Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras to R$800 million from R$650 million. An amendment dated Oct. 30, 2026, replaced the 14.9% annual interest rate with the DI (CDI) rate, effective that date, and extended the disbursement deadline from Oct. 31, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2027. Repayment remains due by Dec. 31, 2028.
