Azul raises share capital by BRL 512.81 million through warrant exercises
AZUL•Azul authorized a BRL 512.81 million capital increase through warrant exercises, issuing 32,271,326 common shares and raising share capital to BRL 22.27 billion.
1. Capital increase and loan terms
Azul’s board authorized the capital increase on October 20, 2026. Directors also raised the loan agreement limit with Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras from BRL 650 million to BRL 800 million, extended the funding availability deadline to December 31, 2027, and changed the annual interest rate from 14.9% to the DI (CDI) rate.
