AZZ names Rhonda Davenport chief human resources officer

AZZ named Rhonda Davenport as chief human resources officer, effective Aug. 3, 2026.

She will lead human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, total rewards, succession planning and culture initiatives.

Davenport previously served as chief people officer at Cain Watters & Associates, building the HR function to support significant growth. Her prior senior HR roles included Unisys, Speed Commerce and Sirius XM.
