1. Earnings and revenue
B2Gold reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $414 million, compared with $23 million a year earlier. The result included a $253 million reversal of a Fekola impairment; adjusted net income was $183 million, up from $180 million.
2. Production and costs
Revenue increased 7% to $836 million as a 37% higher realized gold price outweighed a 22% decline in ounces sold. Production fell 24%, primarily reflecting Fekola pit sequencing and the end of Otjikoto open-pit mining, which drove higher unit costs.
3. Full-year guidance
Management lowered its 2026 all-in sustaining cost guidance to $2,230–$2,410 per ounce sold, citing operating performance and fourth-quarter expectations.
