1. Earnings and operations
B2Gold reported third-quarter 2026 net income of $414 million, compared with $23 million a year earlier. Results included a $253 million reversal of a Fekola impairment, while adjusted net income attributable to shareholders was nearly unchanged at $183 million. Revenue increased 7% to $836 million as higher realized gold prices outweighed lower sales volumes. Production fell 24%, primarily due to Fekola pit sequencing and the end of Otjikoto open-pit mining, partly offset by Goose’s ramp-up; all-in sustaining costs rose 76% to $2,602 per ounce sold, reflecting lower production and higher sustaining capital spending at Goose.
