B2Gold lifts Lightning Resource stake to 24.44% after Prospector distribution

Prospector Metals distributed 29,400,000 shares in Lightning Resource to its shareholders, cutting its stake to 0% from 43.98%.

B2Gold received 5,464,904 shares in the distribution, lifting its holding to 16,337,533 shares, or 24.44%.

B2Gold’s stake had been diluted to 16.27% before the distribution due to new Lightning share issuance tied to an asset deal.
