The company highlighted a USD 2.4 billion, 1.2 GW project for Base Electron near Center, North Dakota, with four 300 MW natural-gas boilers planned.
Siemens Energy is slated to supply steam turbine generator sets, and the architecture was described as carbon-capture-ready with potential to expand another 1.2 GW.
