BIDU•Baidu Class A shares set for Stock Connect eligibility
- Baidu’s Class A ordinary shares will become eligible for trading via the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect from Sept. 7, 2026.
- The change follows an adjustment notice issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Sept. 4, 2026.
- Inclusion is expected to broaden access for mainland Chinese investors, diversify the shareholder base, boost share liquidity.
