Baidu filed a next-day disclosure return to HKEX reporting an on-market buyback of 545,000 Class A ordinary shares.
- Repurchase range: HKD 91.35–HKD 91.85 per share
- Aggregate consideration: HKD 49.96 million
- All 545,000 shares were repurchased for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of Sept. 7, 2026
