Baidu will report third-quarter 2026 results for the period ended Sept. 30 before the U.S. market opens on Nov. 16, 2026. Management will host an earnings call that day at 7:30 a.m. U.S. Eastern time, or 8:30 p.m. Beijing time.

A live and archived webcast will be available at ir.baidu.com. A phone replay will remain accessible through Nov. 24, 2026.
