Baidu reported that 724,800 options lapsed under its 2008 Share Incentive Plan in October 2026, leaving 1,639,312 outstanding.

1. Share plan update

Baidu also reported that 536,680 restricted share units lapsed under its 2018 plan and 757,792 under its 2023 plan. Shares issuable upon exercise of future options under its 2026 plan totaled 273,356,149 at October 31.
