Management commentary said net revenue of $756,805 was driven by the launch of its Intelligent Matching and SaaS Platform business. Gross profit was $77,498, with a 10.24% gross margin and a 6.39% platform gross margin; operating loss narrowed to $3.44 million as operating expenses declined 31.58% to $3.52 million, led by lower general and administrative costs. Net loss attributable to common shareholders improved to $2.43 million, helped by higher other income and stronger discontinued-operations income. Cash ended at $1.18 million after $4.06 million raised through common stock issuance was offset by $4.63 million in investing outflows.
