Appointment to lead Chart segment

Baker Hughes appointed Chief Infrastructure & Performance Officer Jim Apostolides as senior vice president to lead the new Chart segment.
Apostolides has led the Chart integration program since July 2025.
He previously served as senior vice president of Enterprise Operational Excellence since 2020.
Management expects USD 325 million in annualized cost synergies by year three following the acquisition close.
