Baker Hughes Q2 FY26 net income flat at $0.7 billion; revenue falls 2% to $6.7 billion

Baker Hughes posted Q2 revenue of $6.7 billion, down 2% from a year earlier; net income held at $0.7 billion.
Segment EBITDA fell 11% to $605 million in Oilfield Services & Equipment, while Industrial & Energy Technology rose 16% to $678 million.
Orders and backlog
Orders climbed to $10.5 billion, up from $7.03 billion a year earlier, driven by Industrial & Energy Technology at $7.09 billion.
Remaining performance obligations totaled $40.1 billion, including $37.1 billion in Industrial & Energy Technology.
Chart Industries acquisition completed
Baker Hughes completed the Chart Industries acquisition on July 16 for $210 per share, an enterprise value of about $13.6 billion, funded with senior notes and cash.
