Baker Hughes wins Venture Global order for Cloud Connector Pipeline compression systems
BKR•Baker Hughes wins pipeline compression and liquefaction orders from Venture Global
Baker Hughes secured an order to supply gas compression systems for Venture Global’s Cloud Connector Pipeline project in Louisiana.
The order covers 13 gas compression systems driven by Frame 5/2E gas turbines to move feed gas to the Plaquemines LNG facility.
It also won a major order for a modular liquefaction solution to support Venture Global’s Plaquemines LNG expansion.
The liquefaction scope includes four liquefaction blocks, totaling eight modules, using Chart cold boxes.
The pipeline award expands Venture Global’s fleet to 23 Frame 5/2E-driven gas compression systems for Plaquemines LNG.
