Bakkt appoints new chief financial officer

Bakkt appointed Matt White as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 17, 2026.

White previously served for over seven years as CFO and corporate secretary of CoreCard, a payment technology company acquired by Euronet Worldwide in Oct. 2025.

Karen Alexander stepped down as CFO effective Aug. 14, 2026, and will remain in an advisory role during the transition.
