Ballard names GeoPura CEO Andrew Cunningham as president, adds him and Lord Harrington to board

Ballard named Andrew Cunningham president, reporting to CEO Marty Neese, following the closing of its GeoPura acquisition.
Cunningham previously led GeoPura as president.
Lord Richard Harrington, former UK minister for business and industry, joined Ballard’s board as a director.
Cunningham also joined the board as a director, both nominated by former GeoPura shareholders.
