Banc of California offers 3% discount under dividend reinvestment plan

Banc of California’s dividend reinvestment plan lets eligible common stockholders acquire shares at a 3% discount to market price. The quarterly dividend is $0.12 per share, payable January 4, 2027, to holders of record December 15, 2026.
