Bylaw amendment tied to capital reduction

Banco Santander registered a bylaw amendment tied to a EUR 129.97 million share capital reduction via cancellation of 259,930,273 treasury shares.

Share capital was reset to EUR 8.54 billion, represented by 17,080,711,029 shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.5.

All shares remain in a single class with equal rights, following registration on April 25, 2022.
