Banco Santander registered a EUR 179.28 million capital reduction through the cancellation of 358,567,487 treasury shares.
The company's share capital has been reset to EUR 7.91 billion, represented by 15,825,578,572 shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.5 each.
All shares remain a single class with equal rights.
The registration was completed with Santander’s Commercial Registry on Feb. 5, 2024.
