Bandwidth repurchases convertible notes in open-market transactions

Bandwidth repurchased USD 20.8 million principal of its 0.50% Convertible Senior Notes due 2028 in open-market transactions at a discount to par.

The repurchase price will be paid in cash.

About USD 6.7 million principal of the notes will remain outstanding, down from an initial USD 250 million.
