Bank of America names Jim Fitterling and Bill Thomas to board of directors
BAC•Bank of America appointed Jim Fitterling, 65, and Bill Thomas, 58, to its board, effective immediately. They replace Pierre de Weck and Linda Hudson, who retired earlier this year after reaching age 75.

Bank of America appointed Jim Fitterling and Bill Thomas to its board, effective immediately. Fitterling led Dow and remains its executive chairman; Thomas was KPMG’s chairman and CEO. They replace Pierre de Weck and Linda Hudson, who retired earlier this year after reaching the retirement age of 75.
