Analysts raised Ciena’s price target to $550 from $355, maintaining a Buy rating as the optical networking specialist sits at the heart of an ‘optical super-cycle.’ They cite a $7 billion backlog increase, a forecast 65% rise in hyperscaler capex for 2026 and upgraded revenue growth projections to 28.5%, 21% and 20% over the next three years.
