Bank of America to redeem senior notes

Bank of America will redeem USD 6.15 billion of senior notes due July 2027 on July 22, 2026.

Redemption covers USD 400 million Floating Rate Senior Notes, due July 2027 (CUSIP 06051GJV2).
Also includes USD 5.75 billion 1.734% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes, due July 2027 (CUSIP 06051GJS9).
Holders will receive 100% of principal plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, excluding, July 22, 2026.
Interest will stop accruing on the redemption date.
