- Bank of America will redeem CAD 425 million Floating Rate Senior Notes due September 2027 on Sept. 15, 2026.
- Redemption also covers CAD 1 billion 1.978% Fixed/Floating Rate Senior Notes due September 2027 on the same date.
- Redemption price is set at 100% of principal, with accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, Sept. 15, 2026.
- Interest will stop accruing on the redemption date.
