Banzai closes USD 0.9 million underwritten public offering at USD 2.75 per share

Banzai closed an underwritten public offering raising about USD 0.9 million in gross proceeds.
The company sold 327,273 shares of its Class A common stock at USD 2.75 per share.
Use of proceeds and over-allotment option
Banzai said the net proceeds are earmarked for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The company also granted Aegis a 45-day option to buy up to 36,364 additional shares to cover over-allotments.
