Baosheng Media Group signed a strategic cooperation MOU with 58.com Group focused on AI-driven marketing and local-services commercialization.
The partnership targets AI advertising, intelligent media buying, virtual human livestreaming, omnichannel content distribution and local services.
Baosheng said it will supply AI virtual human technology, AI ad solutions, media-buying systems, short-form video production and marketing support.
58.com will provide local-services use cases, offline operating resources and ecosystem support to help scale AI tools for merchants.
The MOU is non-binding. Definitive agreements, budgets and project terms are expected to be set after technical integration and evaluation.
