Baosheng BVI signs AI cooperation framework with DirectBooking Technology
Baosheng Media Group’s Baosheng BVI signed an AI cooperation framework agreement with DirectBooking Technology on Aug. 25, 2026.
The partnership targets joint commercial opportunities in AI, combining Baosheng’s media operations with DirectBooking’s direct-booking technology systems.
DirectBooking will provide AI-enabled system support, upgrades, operations and maintenance, and technical consulting for future projects.
Baosheng BVI will support media-resource integration, brand promotion, channel development, and business incubation tied to the collaboration.
The agreement has a one-year term with automatic annual renewals; no specific projects are committed, and economics will be set in separate project agreements.
