Barfresh Food Group risks Nasdaq delisting after market value falls below $35 million threshold
BRFH•Nasdaq notice for market value shortfall
Barfresh Food Group received a Nasdaq notice for failing the $35 million market value of listed securities requirement under Listing Rule 5550(b)(2).
The breach followed 30 consecutive business days below the $35 million threshold, raising the risk of a future delisting process.
Compliance deadline and possible delisting process
Compliance deadline set for Feb. 1, 2027; a cure requires MVLS at or above $35 million for 10 straight business days.
Nasdaq also flagged noncompliance with alternative continued listing standards tied to stockholders’ equity or net income.
Failure to regain compliance by the deadline would trigger a delisting notice, with the option to appeal to a hearings panel.
