Barings Corporate Investors acquired a 145,000-sqm logistics development site in Mantova Sud, Italy, via a European value-add real estate strategy.

Planning consent covers about 67,000 sqm of Grade A logistics space, designed for multi-let use within the Verona logistics submarket.

Fourth logistics development in the micro-market

The deal marks Barings’ fourth logistics development in the Mantova micro-market; three prior projects totaling about 190,000 sqm are fully leased.
