Bark posted fiscal Q1 revenue of $78.8 million, down 23.4% year over year, while net income swung to $750,000 from a loss.
Gross margin rose to 72.7% from 62.3%, including a one-time benefit from fiscal 2026 tariff refunds; normalized margin was 63.4%.
Adjusted EBITDA climbed to $600,000 from $100,000, while advertising and marketing expense fell to $9.5 million from $15.2 million.
