Barnes & Noble Education announces annual shareholder meeting via webcast

Barnes & Noble Education will hold its annual stockholders meeting via live online webcast on Sept. 24, 2026.

Shareholders will vote to elect six directors.

Ballots include a share increase under the equity incentive plan, plus an advisory vote on executive pay.

Items also cover auditor ratification for the year ending May 1, 2027, plus authorization to adjourn if needed.
