Barrick Announces Investment In Kingfisher Metals

Barrick Mining said Kingfisher is restricted from transferring interests in the Highway 37 project for two years without Barrick's consent.
Barrick said each unit in the placement includes one share and one-half warrant; a whole warrant is exercisable at C$1.70 for two years.
Barrick to invest C$20.9 million in Kingfisher Metals
Barrick Mining Corp said it will invest C$20.9 million in Kingfisher Metals via a private placement.
Barrick said it will hold 9.9% of Kingfisher shares on a non-diluted basis and 14.1% on a partially diluted basis after closing.
The company said it agreed to an 18-month lockup on Kingfisher shares issued.
