Teslik joins from Greenspoon Marder, where she was a partner and president of affiliate Value(s) Management and Investing.
Daniel Wilner was appointed senior vice president, corporate affairs and capital markets; he founded and led strategic advisory firm Stone Pine.
Emily Chieng was named vice president, investor relations; she was investor relations officer at U.S. Steel from 2023.
Chieng previously spent nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs in equity research covering North America metals and mining; she will join the Aug. 10, 2026 results presentation.
