Basilea outlined an anti-infectives strategy built on partnerships, milestone and royalty income, low commercial spend and limited CAPEX.
- Cresemba global in-market sales reached USD 782 million for April 2025–March 2026, up 27% year on year, and the product was marketed in 76 countries.
- Zevtera U.S. launch began in July 2025 via Innoviva Specialty Therapeutics; U.S. market exclusivity runs until April 2034.
- Pipeline priorities include Phase 3 fosmanogepix programs in invasive candidiasis and invasive mold infections; oral ceftibuten-ledaborbactam Phase 3 is planned for mid-2027.
- Non-dilutive R&D funding totaled about USD 440 million, including about USD 165 million related to Zevtera development and regulatory work.
