BLCO•Bausch + Lomb announced published survey results showing self-reported dry eye symptoms were more common than reported professional diagnoses. The survey covered five countries from February to April 2025.

A multinational survey conducted from February to April 2025 found that dry eye symptoms substantially affected daily life. Many respondents managed symptoms themselves or delayed professional care, and most who had consulted professionals were not currently receiving doctor-directed treatment.
