Baxter gains on higher 2026 profit forecast and Q3 results beat

Baxter raised its 2026 adjusted profit expectation to $2.05-$2.15 per share, from $1.95-$2.15 previously, and now expects annual revenue to grow 4%-5%, compared with its earlier forecast of 3%-4%. Third-quarter adjusted profit was 58 cents per share versus analysts’ estimate of 52 cents, while revenue of $2.98 billion topped the $2.91 billion estimate.
