July 15 (Reuters) - Bayfirst Financial Corp (BAFN.O) announced the impact of its asset resolution plan and the restatement of prior period financial statements.

Bayfirst Financial Corp said it will restate audited financial statements for 2024, 2025, and Q1 2026.
The company identified $2.8 million in deferred costs and $2.1 million in accrued interest on defaulted loans.
