BayFirst Financial holds special shareholder meeting, backs authorized share increase to 100 million

The exchanged common shares represent 42.38% of outstanding common stock as of the filing date.
An adjournment resolution was not taken up, with the meeting ending without considering it.
BayFirst Financial said shareholders met July 14, 2026, and backed the issuance of common stock tied to conversion or exchange of Series D and Series E preferred stock.
They also adopted an amendment raising authorized common shares to 100,000,000 from 15,000,000.
