BBVA Renews Leadership Team, Appoints Gonzalo Rodriguez As New Group CFO

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA said it is renewing its leadership team and appointing Gonzalo Rodriguez as group chief financial officer.
The bank also said it is appointing Jose Luis Elechiguerra as country manager of BBVA Mexico, while Eduardo Osuna will become chairman of the BBVA Mexico board.
Changes take effect September 1
The leadership changes will be effective from September 1.
BBVA said the new structure streamlines the monitoring model for South American countries.
