BCB Bancorp dismissed auditor Wolf & Co. on Sept. 2, 2026, and engaged Deloitte as its new auditor, beginning with the 2026 annual audit.
Deloitte will also review the unaudited quarterly financial statements for the quarter ending Sept. 30, 2026.
No disagreements or reportable events were disclosed with Wolf & Co. for 2025, 2024, or through Sept. 2, 2026.
