- Loss per diluted share was $0.85, turning from earnings per diluted share of $0.26 in the prior quarter.
- Provision for credit losses jumped to $19 million from $2.8 million in Q1, while a $5.3 million non-cash goodwill impairment was recorded.
- Net interest margin widened 8 basis points to 3.03%, while deposits edged down 1.4% to $2.64 billion at June 30.
- The board moved to suspend common and preferred dividends, citing capital preservation while it reviews the loan portfolio with independent consultants.
