- GAAP net income swung to $84.3 million, driven by a $91.79 million gain on debt restructure.
- Operating income fell to $1.3 million; adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) rose to $5.3 million from $4.7 million.
- Digital revenue slipped to $11.7 million, down 11.6% year over year; local revenue rose 9% and made up 74% of net revenue.
- Debt exchange and repurchases cut total outstanding debt by $95 million, including a 46% reduction in second lien debt.
