Bed Bath & Beyond slips as Q2 net loss widens

Shares of e-commerce company Bed, Bath & Beyond fell 5.9% to $5.23 in premarket trading after the company reported a wider second-quarter net loss.
The company's Q2 net loss widened on acquisition and restructuring costs. It reported a Q2 net loss of $39.5 million, wider than analysts' estimate of a $20.5 million loss.
Adjusted loss per share was 53 cents, compared with estimates of 26 cents.
Two out of six analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher, while four rate it "hold". The median price target is $9, according to data compiled by LSEG.
As of the last close, BBBY shares were up 1.8% year to date.
