At MWC Barcelona 2026, Beeline Uzbekistan CEO Andrey Pyatakhin and Rakuten Symphony President Sharad Sriwastawa signed a Memorandum of Understanding, witnessed by VEON Group CEO Kaan Terzioglu and Beeline CTO Gediz Sezgin, formalizing a strategic partnership framework for technology collaboration.
