The role includes leading the global legal function, advising senior leadership, overseeing corporate governance, board matters and public-company reporting.
Hamilton was deputy general counsel at Stryker, serving as chief legal counsel for international and department operations.
His Stryker experience also included chief legal counsel for Asia Pacific.
