BellRing Brands posted third-quarter net sales of $570.4 million, up 4% year-over-year.
Net earnings rose to $34.2 million, while operating profit climbed to $65.4 million; both included a pre-tax $10 million inventory-related charge.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) fell to $78.3 million from a year earlier, pressured by input cost inflation, higher freight, and tariffs.
Updated fiscal 2026 outlook
BellRing lifted fiscal 2026 net sales outlook to $2.335 billion-$2.375 billion, keeping its adjusted EBITDA view at $275 million-$295 million including a $28 million inventory-related hit.

Michael Axelrod became CEO effective July 29, 2026, flagging plans to strengthen execution and reinforce Premier Protein’s RTD shake leadership.
