Belpointe PREP announces annual unitholder meeting

Belpointe PREP will hold its annual unitholder meeting in Greenwich, Connecticut, on Oct. 12, 2026.
Unitholders will vote on electing two Class II directors, including Martin Lacoff and Ronald Young Jr.
Additional votes cover ratifying CohnReznick as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
Another proposal seeks approval for an at-the-market offering of up to $250 million of Class A units.
