At its October 12, 2026, annual meeting, Belpointe PREP unitholders approved an authorization covering the potential issuance of Class A units exceeding 19.99% of the currently issued and outstanding units, at a price potentially below the defined minimum. Unitholders elected Martin Lacoff and Ronald Young, Jr. as Class II directors and ratified CohnReznick LLP’s appointment as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
